This website is operated by an authorised channel partner, not by BeTogether. Content is for information only and does not constitute an offer, invitation or contract. Bookings are made directly with the developer under the developer's application form, terms and agreements.

Offer terms

• Starting investment (₹48.7 Lakh*): indicative basic price published by the developer for the lowest-priced unit. GST, registration, stamp duty and other charges are extra. Prices can be revised by the developer without notice.
• Loyalty benefit (12% p.a.*): Loyalty benefit till O.C. is applied, under the developer's scheme. Eligibility, calculation basis, payment schedule and exclusions are set out in the developer's documents.
• Lease rental (6% p.a.*): Lease rental for 1 year after possession, as per the developer's terms.
• Offers are developer schemes subject to the developer's terms, eligibility and documentation. They are not assured or guaranteed returns.

Images and specifications

Building images are artistic impressions released by the developer and may differ from the final construction. Areas, specifications, amenities and layouts are subject to change as per approvals and the developer's decisions.
